Incredibly nice and helpful staff, with one of them speaking English quite good. Every single staff member, from lobby personnel to housekeeping is very sweet. However the best part about this hotel is the location, with the subway entrance right in front of the hotel (literally!) and a lot of food options nearby. The hotel also has A/C which is lovely, it's was able to keep the room both cold and warm just fine. I would book this hotel again in the future!

The location was perfect, as soon as you come out of the exit, the hotel is right there waiting for you. Staff was really diligent about replacing drinking water and towels.

The staff are helpful even they don't speak English but nowadays we have translator. With the metro in front of the hotel you can go anywhere conveniently. You need biejing metro app and you will be set.
